Carolyn Parsons has been a South County resident for approximately 30 years and has been a current member of the Saddleback Art League for the last 6. Watercolor is her current favorite medium but she has had previous bouts with soft pastel and oil. Her work is periodically on display in the halls of the Norman Murry Community Center, Laguna Niguel Friends Library, Mission Viejo Library and the Orange County Fair. Carolyn’s retirement hobbies include growing and showing bromeliads and hiking in the local Santa Ana Mountains. Both of these hobbies provide reference material for her floral and landscape paintings.
